Αυτή η ιστοσελίδα λειτουργεί από το Yama Scissors. Σε ολόκληρο τον ιστότοπο, οι όροι «εμείς», «μας» και «δικό μας» αναφέρονται στο Yama Scissors. Μέσω του παρόντος ιστότοπου παρέχονται σε εσάς, τον χρήστη, πληροφορίες, εργαλεία και υπηρεσίες, υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι αποδέχεστε όλους τους όρους, τις προϋποθέσεις, τις πολιτικές και τις ειδοποιήσεις που αναφέρονται εδώ.

Οι παρόντες Όροι Χρήσης ισχύουν για όλους τους χρήστες του ιστότοπου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων, ενδεικτικά, επισκεπτών, πελατών, προμηθευτών, εμπόρων και συνεισφερόντων περιεχομένου.

Το κατάστημά μας φιλοξενείται σε WordPress / WooCommerce, το οποίο μας παρέχει την ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου μέσω της οποίας διαθέτουμε τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες μας.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 1 – ΟΡΟΙ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΝΙΚΟΥ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑΤΟΣ
Συμφωνώντας με τους παρόντες Όρους Χρήσης, δηλώνετε ότι είστε τουλάχιστον 18 ετών ή ότι χρησιμοποιείτε τον ιστότοπο υπό τη νόμιμη επίβλεψη και συγκατάθεση γονέα ή κηδεμόνα.
Δεν επιτρέπεται να χρησιμοποιείτε τα προϊόντα μας για οποιονδήποτε παράνομο ή μη εξουσιοδοτημένο σκοπό ούτε, κατά τη χρήση της υπηρεσίας, να παραβιάζετε οποιαδήποτε ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, συμπεριλαμβανομένων νόμων περί πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων.
Δεν επιτρέπεται να μεταδώσετε ιούς, κακόβουλο λογισμικό ή οποιονδήποτε κώδικα καταστροφικής φύσης.
Η παραβίαση οποιουδήποτε από τους όρους αυτούς μπορεί να έχει ως αποτέλεσμα τον άμεσο τερματισμό της πρόσβασής σας στις υπηρεσίες μας.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 2 – ΓΕΝΙΚΟΙ ΟΡΟΙ
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να αρνηθούμε την παροχή υπηρεσιών σε οποιονδήποτε, για οποιονδήποτε νόμιμο λόγο, οποιαδήποτε στιγμή.
Κατανοείτε ότι το περιεχόμενό σας, εξαιρουμένων των στοιχείων πληρωμής, μπορεί να μεταφέρεται χωρίς κρυπτογράφηση και να περιλαμβάνει μεταδόσεις μέσω διαφόρων δικτύων και τεχνικές προσαρμογές για συμμόρφωση με απαιτήσεις σύνδεσης συσκευών ή δικτύων. Τα στοιχεία πληρωμής μεταφέρονται πάντοτε με ασφαλή κρυπτογράφηση μέσω των αντίστοιχων παρόχων πληρωμής.
Συμφωνείτε ότι δεν θα αναπαράγετε, αντιγράφετε, πωλείτε, μεταπωλείτε ή εκμεταλλεύεστε οποιοδήποτε μέρος της υπηρεσίας, της χρήσης της υπηρεσίας ή της πρόσβασης στην υπηρεσία χωρίς προηγούμενη έγγραφη άδεια από εμάς.
Οι τίτλοι που χρησιμοποιούνται στις ενότητες αυτής της συμφωνίας τίθενται μόνο για διευκόλυνση και δεν επηρεάζουν την ερμηνεία των όρων.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 3 – ΑΚΡΙΒΕΙΑ, ΠΛΗΡΟΤΗΤΑ ΚΑΙ ΕΠΙΚΑΙΡΟΤΗΤΑ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΩΝ
Δεν φέρουμε ευθύνη εάν οι πληροφορίες που διατίθενται στον ιστότοπο δεν είναι απολύτως ακριβείς, πλήρεις ή επίκαιρες. Οι τιμές των προϊόντων μας υπόκεινται σε αλλαγές χωρίς προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση.
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα, οποιαδήποτε στιγμή, να τροποποιήσουμε ή να διακόψουμε την υπηρεσία ή οποιοδήποτε μέρος αυτής χωρίς προειδοποίηση.
Δεν φέρουμε καμία ευθύνη απέναντί σας ή απέναντι σε τρίτους για οποιαδήποτε τροποποίηση, αλλαγή τιμής, αναστολή ή διακοπή της υπηρεσίας.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 5 – ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΑ Ή ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ
Ορισμένα προϊόντα ή υπηρεσίες ενδέχεται να είναι διαθέσιμα αποκλειστικά μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος. Τα προϊόντα αυτά μπορεί να διατίθενται σε περιορισμένες ποσότητες και να υπόκεινται σε επιστροφή ή αλλαγή μόνο σύμφωνα με την Πολιτική Επιστροφών μας.
Έχουμε καταβάλει κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια ώστε τα χρώματα και οι εικόνες των προϊόντων μας να εμφανίζονται όσο το δυνατόν ακριβέστερα. Ωστόσο, δεν μπορούμε να εγγυηθούμε ότι η οθόνη κάθε συσκευής θα αποδίδει με απόλυτη ακρίβεια τα χρώματα.
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα, χωρίς να είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι, να περιορίσουμε τις πωλήσεις των προϊόντων ή υπηρεσιών μας σε οποιοδήποτε πρόσωπο, γεωγραφική περιοχή ή δικαιοδοσία, κατά περίπτωση.
Διατηρούμε επίσης το δικαίωμα να περιορίσουμε τις ποσότητες οποιωνδήποτε προϊόντων ή υπηρεσιών προσφέρουμε. Όλες οι περιγραφές και οι τιμές προϊόντων υπόκεινται σε αλλαγές χωρίς προειδοποίηση. Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να διακόψουμε οποιοδήποτε προϊόν οποιαδήποτε στιγμή.
Δεν εγγυόμαστε ότι η ποιότητα οποιωνδήποτε προϊόντων, υπηρεσιών ή πληροφοριών που αγοράζετε θα ανταποκρίνεται πάντοτε στις προσδοκίες σας, ούτε ότι τυχόν σφάλματα στην υπηρεσία θα διορθώνονται πάντα άμεσα.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 6 – ΑΚΡΙΒΕΙΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΩΝ ΤΙΜΟΛΟΓΗΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΛΟΓΑΡΙΑΣΜΟΥ
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να αρνηθούμε οποιαδήποτε παραγγελία πραγματοποιείται μέσω του καταστήματός μας. Μπορούμε, κατά την απόλυτη διακριτική μας ευχέρεια, να περιορίσουμε ή να ακυρώσουμε ποσότητες που αγοράζονται ανά άτομο, ανά νοικοκυριό ή ανά παραγγελία.
Αυτοί οι περιορισμοί μπορεί να αφορούν παραγγελίες που πραγματοποιούνται από τον ίδιο λογαριασμό πελάτη, με την ίδια μέθοδο πληρωμής ή με την ίδια διεύθυνση χρέωσης ή αποστολής.
Σε περίπτωση αλλαγής ή ακύρωσης παραγγελίας, ενδέχεται να προσπαθήσουμε να σας ειδοποιήσουμε μέσω email ή τηλεφώνου χρησιμοποιώντας τα στοιχεία που δηλώθηκαν κατά την παραγγελία.
Συμφωνείτε να παρέχετε ακριβή, πλήρη και ενημερωμένα στοιχεία αγοράς και λογαριασμού για όλες τις αγορές σας. Συμφωνείτε επίσης να ενημερώνετε άμεσα τα στοιχεία σας, ώστε να μπορούμε να ολοκληρώνουμε τις συναλλαγές και να επικοινωνούμε μαζί σας όταν χρειάζεται.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 7 – ΠΡΟΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΑ ΕΡΓΑΛΕΙΑ
Ενδέχεται να σας παρέχουμε πρόσβαση σε εργαλεία τρίτων, τα οποία δεν παρακολουθούμε και επί των οποίων δεν έχουμε έλεγχο.
Αναγνωρίζετε και συμφωνείτε ότι η πρόσβαση σε αυτά τα εργαλεία παρέχεται «ως έχουν» και «ως διατίθενται», χωρίς εγγυήσεις, δηλώσεις ή όρους οποιουδήποτε είδους.
Δεν φέρουμε καμία ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε χρήση από εσάς προαιρετικών εργαλείων τρίτων. Η χρήση τέτοιων εργαλείων γίνεται αποκλειστικά με δική σας ευθύνη.
Οποιεσδήποτε νέες υπηρεσίες, δυνατότητες ή εργαλεία που ενδέχεται να προστεθούν στο μέλλον θα υπόκεινται επίσης στους παρόντες Όρους Χρήσης.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 8 – ΣΥΝΔΕΣΜΟΙ ΤΡΙΤΩΝ
Ορισμένο περιεχόμενο, προϊόντα ή υπηρεσίες που διατίθενται μέσω του ιστότοπού μας μπορεί να περιλαμβάνουν υλικό από τρίτα μέρη.
Οι σύνδεσμοι τρίτων μπορεί να σας κατευθύνουν σε ιστότοπους που δεν συνδέονται με εμάς. Δεν ευθυνόμαστε για τον έλεγχο ή την αξιολόγηση του περιεχομένου ή της ακρίβειας τέτοιων ιστοτόπων και δεν αναλαμβάνουμε καμία ευθύνη για οποιοδήποτε υλικό, προϊόν ή υπηρεσία τρίτων.

Εάν μας αποστείλετε ιδέες, προτάσεις, σχόλια ή άλλο υλικό, είτε κατόπιν αιτήματός μας είτε οικειοθελώς, συμφωνείτε ότι μπορούμε οποιαδήποτε στιγμή και χωρίς περιορισμό να τα επεξεργαστούμε, να τα αντιγράψουμε, να τα δημοσιεύσουμε, να τα διανείμουμε ή να τα χρησιμοποιήσουμε με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο και σε οποιοδήποτε μέσο.
Δεν έχουμε καμία υποχρέωση να διατηρούμε εμπιστευτικά τέτοια σχόλια, να παρέχουμε αποζημίωση για αυτά ή να απαντούμε σε αυτά.
Μπορούμε, αλλά δεν υποχρεούμαστε, να παρακολουθούμε, να επεξεργαζόμαστε ή να αφαιρούμε περιεχόμενο που κατά την κρίση μας είναι παράνομο, προσβλητικό, απειλητικό, δυσφημιστικό, άσεμνο ή παραβιάζει δικαιώματα τρίτων ή τους παρόντες Όρους Χρήσης.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 10 – ΠΡΟΣΩΠΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ
Η υποβολή των προσωπικών σας στοιχείων μέσω του καταστήματος διέπεται από την Πολιτική Απορρήτου μας.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 11 – ΛΑΘΗ, ΑΝΑΚΡΙΒΕΙΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΑΛΕΙΨΕΙΣ
Ενδέχεται περιστασιακά να υπάρχουν πληροφορίες στον ιστότοπό μας ή στην υπηρεσία που περιέχουν τυπογραφικά λάθη, ανακρίβειες ή παραλείψεις και μπορεί να σχετίζονται με περιγραφές προϊόντων, τιμές, προσφορές, έξοδα αποστολής, χρόνους παράδοσης ή διαθεσιμότητα.
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να διορθώνουμε οποιαδήποτε λάθη, ανακρίβειες ή παραλείψεις και να αλλάζουμε ή να ενημερώνουμε πληροφορίες ή να ακυρώνουμε παραγγελίες χωρίς προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση, ακόμη και μετά την υποβολή παραγγελίας.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 12 – ΑΠΑΓΟΡΕΥΜΕΝΕΣ ΧΡΗΣΕΙΣ
Απαγορεύεται η χρήση του ιστότοπου ή του περιεχομένου του:
για οποιονδήποτε παράνομο σκοπό,
για παραβίαση οποιασδήποτε νομοθεσίας ή κανονισμού,
για παραβίαση δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας,
για παρενόχληση, δυσφήμιση, κακοποίηση, εκφοβισμό ή διάκριση,
για υποβολή ψευδών ή παραπλανητικών πληροφοριών,
για μετάδοση ιών ή κακόβουλου λογισμικού,
για συλλογή προσωπικών δεδομένων άλλων,
για spam, phishing, scraping ή συναφείς πρακτικές,
για παρέμβαση ή παράκαμψη των χαρακτηριστικών ασφαλείας του ιστότοπου.
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να τερματίσουμε τη χρήση του ιστότοπου ή των υπηρεσιών μας σε περίπτωση παραβίασης των παραπάνω.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 13 – ΑΠΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ ΕΓΓΥΗΣΕΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΠΕΡΙΟΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΕΥΘΥΝΗΣ
Δεν εγγυόμαστε ότι η χρήση της υπηρεσίας μας θα είναι αδιάκοπη, ασφαλής, έγκαιρη ή χωρίς σφάλματα.
Δεν εγγυόμαστε ότι τα αποτελέσματα που μπορεί να προκύπτουν από τη χρήση της υπηρεσίας θα είναι ακριβή ή αξιόπιστα.
Συμφωνείτε ότι η χρήση ή η αδυναμία χρήσης της υπηρεσίας γίνεται αποκλειστικά με δική σας ευθύνη.
Η υπηρεσία και όλα τα προϊόντα και οι υπηρεσίες που παρέχονται μέσω αυτής διατίθενται «ως έχουν» και «όπως είναι διαθέσιμα», χωρίς οποιαδήποτε ρητή ή σιωπηρή εγγύηση.
Στο μέγιστο βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από τη νομοθεσία, το Yama Scissors, οι συνεργάτες, οι υπάλληλοι, οι προμηθευτές ή οι πάροχοι υπηρεσιών του δεν ευθύνονται για οποιαδήποτε άμεση, έμμεση, τυχαία, ειδική ή αποθετική ζημία που μπορεί να προκύψει από τη χρήση της υπηρεσίας ή από οποιοδήποτε προϊόν αποκτάται μέσω αυτής.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 14 – ΑΠΟΖΗΜΙΩΣΗ
Συμφωνείτε να αποζημιώσετε και να διατηρείτε αβλαβές το Yama Scissors, τους συνεργάτες, τους υπαλλήλους, τους προμηθευτές και τους παρόχους υπηρεσιών του από οποιαδήποτε απαίτηση, ζημία, ευθύνη ή έξοδο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εύλογων νομικών εξόδων, που προκύπτουν από παραβίαση των παρόντων Όρων Χρήσης ή της ισχύουσας νομοθεσίας από εσάς.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 15 – ΑΚΥΡΟΤΗΤΑ ΕΠΙΜΕΡΟΥΣ ΟΡΩΝ
Εάν οποιαδήποτε διάταξη των παρόντων Όρων Χρήσης κριθεί παράνομη, άκυρη ή μη εκτελεστή, η διάταξη αυτή θα εφαρμόζεται στον μέγιστο βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από τη νομοθεσία και το μη εκτελεστό μέρος θα θεωρείται αποκομμένο, χωρίς να επηρεάζεται η ισχύς των υπόλοιπων διατάξεων.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 16 – ΛΗΞΗ
Οι παρόντες Όροι Χρήσης ισχύουν έως ότου καταγγελθούν από εσάς ή από εμάς.
Μπορείτε να διακόψετε τη χρήση του ιστότοπου οποιαδήποτε στιγμή. Εμείς διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να τερματίσουμε ή να περιορίσουμε την πρόσβασή σας στον ιστότοπο ή στις υπηρεσίες μας, χωρίς προειδοποίηση, εάν κατά την κρίση μας παραβιάζετε οποιονδήποτε όρο των παρόντων.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 17 – ΟΛΟΚΛΗΡΗ ΣΥΜΦΩΝΙΑ
Οι παρόντες Όροι Χρήσης, μαζί με κάθε πολιτική ή κανόνα λειτουργίας που δημοσιεύεται στον ιστότοπο, αποτελούν τη συνολική συμφωνία μεταξύ εσάς και του Yama Scissors και αντικαθιστούν κάθε προηγούμενη προφορική ή γραπτή συμφωνία ή επικοινωνία.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 18 – ΕΦΑΡΜΟΣΤΕΟ ΔΙΚΑΙΟ
Οι παρόντες Όροι Χρήσης και κάθε ξεχωριστή συμφωνία παροχής υπηρεσιών διέπονται και ερμηνεύονται σύμφωνα με το ελληνικό δίκαιο. Για κάθε διαφορά αρμόδια είναι τα δικαστήρια της Ελλάδας.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 19 – ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΩΝ
Στο Yama Scissors δεσμευόμαστε να προσφέρουμε ποιοτικά προϊόντα και όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερη εμπειρία αγορών.
Εάν επιθυμείτε επιστροφή ή αλλαγή προϊόντος, μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας στο mdicompany.gr@gmail.com αναφέροντας τον αριθμό παραγγελίας σας και τον λόγο της επιστροφής.
Οι επιστροφές ή αλλαγές γίνονται δεκτές σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία και την πολιτική επιστροφών του καταστήματός μας.
Για να γίνει δεκτή επιστροφή, το προϊόν πρέπει να βρίσκεται στην αρχική του κατάσταση, χωρίς φθορές ή εμφανή χρήση πέραν του απαραίτητου ελέγχου, και να συνοδεύεται από την αρχική του συσκευασία όπου αυτό είναι δυνατό.
Τα έξοδα αποστολής δεν επιστρέφονται, εκτός εάν το προϊόν είναι ελαττωματικό ή έχει αποσταλεί λανθασμένα από εμάς.
Σε περίπτωση ελαττωματικού ή λανθασμένου προϊόντος, παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας εντός εύλογου χρονικού διαστήματος από την παραλαβή.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 20 – ΑΛΛΑΓΕΣ ΣΤΟΥΣ ΟΡΟΥΣ ΧΡΗΣΗΣ
Μπορείτε να διαβάζετε την πιο πρόσφατη έκδοση των Όρων Χρήσης οποιαδήποτε στιγμή σε αυτήν τη σελίδα.
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα, κατά την απόλυτη κρίση μας, να ενημερώνουμε, να αλλάζουμε ή να αντικαθιστούμε οποιοδήποτε μέρος των παρόντων Όρων Χρήσης δημοσιεύοντας τις σχετικές αλλαγές στον ιστότοπό μας. Η συνέχιση της χρήσης του ιστότοπου μετά τη δημοσίευση αλλαγών συνιστά αποδοχή τους.
ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 21 – ΤΡΟΠΟΙ ΠΛΗΡΩΜΗΣ / ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑ ΣΥΝΑΛΛΑΓΩΝ
